Steps to our order process
Dye Sublimation Printing
1. REQUEST A QUOTE
In order for us to able to quote your job correctly please make sure you know the following details: What item or items are you wanting to have sublimated? How many in each item do you need? We are currently limited by size in sublimation to 8"X 11" Most importantly have your artwork ready files for us to look at.
2. APPROVE DESIGN MOCK UP
Once you communicated what you would like to have sublimated we will create a design mock up for you. We will then send you the design mock up to review and make changes (if needed) or approve it.
3. APPROVE THE QUOTE & PAY THE INVOICE
After all the details are hashed out, a invoice will be created using your requested sublimated items and quantity in each item will be created. We require payment in full before we proceed with any order.
4. THE LEAD TIME BEGINS, BLANKS ARE ORDERED
We will begin the process of ordering your sublimation blanks if we don't have them in stock. While your blanks are en route to our shop we will start outputting designs and getting everything prepped while we wait for your blanks to arrive. Our standard production time is usually 7-10 business days from date payment is received until date order is shipped or pick up. Sometimes production time is faster, it just depends on the current work load. We will keep you updated on the job progress via e-mail.
5. BLANKS ARRIVE, LET THE PRINTING BEGIN
Once your blanks arrive we check to make sure they are all here. Once they are all accounted for we will fire up the presses and begin heat pressing your items.
6. ORDER COMPLETED - PICK UP/SHIP
Once all your items have been pressed we will box them up for you and contact you to let you know that your order is done. You have the choice of picking up your order from our Santa Ana location or we can ship them to you (we determine if you want to pick up or ship during the quote process). *Please note that shipping time is not included in production turnaround time.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
- Preferred Vector File Formats: .pdf .eps .ai
- Preferred Raster File Formats: .pdf .psd .tiff .jpg | Rasterize or outline any type layers.
- Raster files should be 300 DPI at full size format.
PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment must be received in full before we start production.
