1. REQUEST A QUOTE
Our Minimum order on banners is $100.00 In order for us to able to quote your job correctly please make sure you know the following details: How many banners do you need? How many banners in each size? When do you need the banners in your hands by? Most importantly have your artwork ready files for us to look at.
2. APPROVE DESIGN MOCK UP
Once you've communicated what you would like to have printed we will create a design mock up for you. We will then send you the design mock up to review and make changes if needed, or approve.
3. APPROVE THE QUOTE & PAY THE INVOICE
After all the details are hashed out, a invoice will be created using your banner design('s). We require payment in full before we proceed with any order.
4. THE LEAD TIME BEGINS, MATERIALS ARE ORDERED
We will begin the process of ordering your materials if we don't have them in stock. Our standard production time is usually 7-10 business days from date payment is received until date order is shipped or pick up. Sometimes production time is faster, it just depends on the current work load. We will keep you updated on the job progress via e-mail.
5. MATERIALS ARRIVE, LET THE PRINTING BEGIN
Once we have received all the materials needed to produce your banners, we will fire up the printers and begin printing your banners!
6. ORDER COMPLETED - PICK UP/SHIP
Once all your items have been printed, we will box them up for you and contact you to let you know that your order is done. You have the choice of picking up your order from our Santa Ana location or we can ship them to you (we determine if you want to pick up or ship during the quote process). *Please note that shipping time is not included in production turnaround time.

Our custom printed canopies include a good quality aluminum frame and travel bag available in 5 different sizes: 5x5 8x8, 10x10, 10x15, 10x20. Please see all the details below.
DESCRIPTION
- Our tent canopy is made from fire-retardant, water-resistant, UV 50+ 400D polyester.
- This tent provides shelter from the sun, rain, or snow flurry at your next outdoor events.
- Perfect for fairs, festivals, trade shows, little league, music festivals, beach events, promotional events, and other indoor/outdoor events.
- Our Canopy’s come with a hexagonal light-weight aluminum frame that is sturdy and built to last.
- Our price includes 1 full-color imprint on all four sides of the tent, 1 aluminum frame and 1 black travel bag with wheels that makes transporting your canopy easy and helps keep it clean.
- Uses an easy push-button system for height adjustments.
- Canopies are not water proof, they are water resistant.
- Canopy has a tension winder in the center to keep the peaks taunt from sagging.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
- Preferred Vector File Formats: .pdf .eps .ai
- Preferred Raster File Formats: .pdf .psd .tiff .jpg | Rasterize or outline any type layers.
- Final ready to print banner design file should be 120 DPI at full size in TIFF format.

TURN AROUND TIME
- Standard production time is 10-12 business days. (sometimes faster depending on our current work load).
Production time begins after the final design mock up is approved, and payment in full is received.
